Sew So Simply - Level 2 Sewing Class By Beverly Vance

Tuition:  $175 - includes pattern: 6 Week Course (2.5 Hours Each Week)

July 9, 2018:  10:00 am - 12:30 pm or 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
August 13, 2018: 10:00 am - 12:30 pm or 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Build and improve on the skills you learned in Level 1. In this six week course (weekly classes of 2 1/2 hours each), you will add to your sewing samples notebook and make either a kimono-style robe or a two-piece pajama set. Some of the techniques students will learn include how to fuse interfacings, attach facings, collars, patch pockets, bands, and loops, as well as how to sew an elastic waistband and more!

This simple pattern can be modified to fit your personal style in several easy ways, so you will have a chance to learn these new skills, but also, to add some of your own touches! The easy to understand methods in this project will soon build your confidence and provide a solid foundation for you to move on to intermediate level sewing.

You will receive a discount on purchases made at the Plano Sewing Center for sewing notions required for this class.

Course prerequisite: Beginning Sewing - Level 1 or equivalent experience
